Neon Moon Tattoo Company opened on Halloween day in 2021 and inked our first tattoo that same day.

Owned and founded by Jesse Gordon after 20+ years in the tattoo industry, he moved to Louisville in 2019 and immediately saw a void to be filled within the local tattoo scene. We wanted to create an opportunity to focus on walk-in traffic while also offering a different experience than you would typically see in your run-of-the-mill street shop. This led to the birth of Neon Moon.

Our primary focus is availability and accessibility for walk-in tattoos, while also providing options for larger scale, appointment based work.
